Conditions of Use
Making A Purchase
To make ordering simple, you may create a customer account at any time.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue or use
the search function, until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart
and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will appear
of what you have ordered in the shopping cart information box.
You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can change the
contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as it is not confirmed
until you are transferred to a secure page to enter payment details.
Payment & Currencies
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards.
These are processed online using the Pay Pal secure payment service.
Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling.
Credit cards are processed immediately using the Pay Pal secure system.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Services.
For reasons of security we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order online.
If it is not convenient, please contact us and upon successful verification of your identity we can arrange this for you.
All packages are sent using Recorded Delivery Services will require a signature on delivery.
If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this
from a local postal point – a card will be left with instructions on what you need to do.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition,
occasionally there may be times this doesn’t happen. If you should receive
damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days of receiving
your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods please ensure
that you contact us on 01752345017 or by e-mailing us at customer.services@teachmychild.co.uk prior to sending them back.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Tax Charges
Where necessary VAT is included in the price. Should you require a VAT receipt for
your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number.
Return of Unwanted Goods
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within
10 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. You do not even need to
tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition within 14 days.
Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer.
If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

the standard national rate of your telecommunications provider.
We will endeavour to resolve all customer services enquiries within 2 working days.
Special Causes Discounts
Discounts are available to Trade, Charities and Schools.
If you think you should qualify for discount, please set up a
customer account and then email us with your details.
You will receive notification about any discounts we will award you/your group.
